These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products and services made available via the internet through the website www.laquartaisola.it.
Before sending an order, the customer is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions, which are made available on the Website so they can be reproduced and stored.
Contracts concluded with La Quarta Isola di Maggio Antonino through the Website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.

Product Information
The Website aims to sell sea excursions in two formats: day excursion and evening excursion, as well as promote events with catering on board the vessel “La Quarta Isola”.
In case of any discrepancy between the image and the written product sheet, the description on the product sheet will always prevail.
Prices
The prices of excursions are expressed in Euros and include all taxes and duties.
How to Order
The features and prices of the various excursions are listed in the section dedicated to each excursion.
To proceed with the purchase, the customer must add the booking to the “Cart” by specifying the details of each booking, thereby expressing the intention to purchase until the order is completed.
After reviewing the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the customer will be able to enter shipping and billing information, as well as choose the payment method to complete the order.
By confirming the order, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and accepts these General Terms and Conditions and payment terms in full.
The order (contract) concluded between La Quarta Isola and the customer is considered finalized upon acceptance of the booking by La Quarta Isola. This acceptance will be communicated to the customer via an order confirmation email.
If the customer is a final consumer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, they are required to print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these terms and conditions of sale, in accordance with Italian regulations on distance contracts.
The customer is not entitled to any compensation for damages or indemnity, nor any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or partial execution of an order.
Payment Methods
The customer may pay the total or partial amount of the order using: Credit Card.
Order Confirmation and Booking Receipt
Once the order has been received, La Quarta Isola will verify the availability of free seats on board the vessel and proceed with confirmation. If there is no availability at the time of booking, it will not be possible to complete the booking, as the system will check availability in real time.
The customer will receive an email confirming the booking once the order has been processed. (Note: “La Quarta Isola” is not responsible for any failure to receive the email due to system issues or lack of connection.)
General Conditions of Sale
If the excursions cannot take place due to bad weather or reasons attributable to La Quarta Isola, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the service on the next available date.
If the customer is unable to participate, a penalty of 30% will be applied for cancellations made more than 10 days before the tour, 50% for cancellations made more than 2 days before the tour, and 100% for cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or in the event of a no-show.
La Quarta Isola reserves the right to cancel the service in the event of adverse weather/sea conditions, up to 1 hour before the tour departure. The wave height evaluation parameters are dictated by the local port authority or at the discretion of the Captain.
The vessel La Quarta Isola, intended for passenger transport, is equipped with fire-fighting and anti-sinking systems, carries all onboard safety equipment for passengers, and holds RINA certification, as it complies with all current navigation regulations.
The customer is insured for any damages caused by malfunction or improper use of onboard equipment by the staff. The customer is not insured for anything occurring outside the vessel (e.g., at the port or during swimming stops).
To avoid seasickness, it is recommended to consume alcoholic beverages in very limited quantities before boarding. It is also advisable to take a tablet or chew gum against seasickness at least half an hour before departure.
By purchasing the boat excursion service, the terms and conditions listed in this document are considered accepted in full.
Errors
The product information provided through the Website is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. La Quarta Isola reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract between the customer and La Quarta Isola is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of the purchase/sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction lies with the Court of Agrigento.
Intellectual Property Rights
The customer acknowledges that all trademarks, names, and any distinctive signs, names, images, photographs, written or graphic texts used on the Website or related to the products are and remain the exclusive property of La Quarta Isola and/or its licensors. Access to the Website and/or the purchase of products does not grant the customer any rights over them.
The contents of the Website may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of La Quarta Isola.
